Most people regard visiting with their estate planning attorney like a trip to the dentist. Something that’s necessary, not enjoyable, and which should be kept to the bare minimum.

The truth is that your estate plan is not a “set-it and forget-it” activity. Things change (like your people/money, and the laws, and your needs), and your estate plan should change with it.
